You can call the church parish office.
I called and they told me that the letter is a simple one..detailing your baptism cert details as well as your kid's. Then the subject of the letter is to seek appeal to register for school under phase 2b.

You need to get an endorsement letter from the church before applying in Phase 2B.

Anyone failed phase 2b ballot for clan members? if we put waitlist for the school will they give priority to clan phase 2b parents? i was just looking at some of the past year statistics and realised that sometimes the number of vacancies taken is lesser than the available vacancies but the number that applied actually exceeded the available vacancies. Any idea why so?

Available : 40
Applies: 50
Taken: 39

How could there be 39 taken when the available is 40 and those who applied exceeded 40.

Sometimes after confirmation, got disqualified or withdraw. There's no priority for waitlist for clan members.

Waitlist means it’s up to school to decide. Like Davischew says, may not have priority for clan member. School may choose to take in a SC < 1km over a clan member > 2km.
