Hey yes I have been trading for some time. Us equities algo trading. Tried fx too but it was not profitable in the long run. My advice to those getting started is to really get your fundamentals centred on risk mgt. Just getting this right from the onset of ur journey will earn u the $ over time. Knowledge in system testing (to derive trading edge n backtest) is also impt. Start small, risk only a small % for each trade so u stay in the game long enough to see ur equity curve go up with time.

i tried this year since april, lost money already, kind of not wanna look at the numbers already
however, i did set aside the fund to invest on FX trading, i won’t trade it into other currencies, i think maybe just leave it there and hope the FX rate changes in future and then I will end up not losing…hope i am not too naive…
