Hi, any idea what to expect for result release day? Just collect result and go home? Speeches about resilience? Anyone any idea?
due to covid and CB situation, i think the students go back to their own classes to rec results
previously was in the hall, then P or VP will share the overview sch performance, top performing students etc

maybe this year, the p6 can zoom in their own classroom, P address them via zoom video (??)

yah , take results, chit chat ,engage with sch mates, teachers and go home..

Quite possibly this year the parents won’t be allowed into the school compound at all.

Saw this new publication available at Popular Bookstore. (Recommended the Sec sch series https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=8835&p=1914805#p1914805 previously)

Would recommend it as a holiday reading material for the graduating kids to prepare for Sec sch CL/HCL. Useful for both email writing and oral discussion.

Hi, based on previous years, any idea what time do the children need to report to school to collect the results generally? Also, what time will they be dismissed? Thanks

Normally, the results are released around 11am but the kids may need to go slightly earlier to listen to Principal address, etc. You should be getting some form of communication from the school closer to the date on what time and where exactly they are supposed to gather.

Different schools do it differently - some distribute the results in the hall, some do it in the classrooms. But generally, should be done in an hour or so. Some students may stick around for a while to take photos with classmates too.
