Some MPs had suggested the removal of high-stakes exam and used a 10-year through-train education in the past. But I think judging from the responses, PSLE will stay for a long while.

In upper primary, I’m starting to see how pointless all the drilling about the PSLE exam format with its narrow marking scheme is. As a parent, I want my child to remain curious & enthusiastic about learning. The mainstream syllabus is too pedantic & not broad-based enough.
