For Yr1 student parent can check at parent gateway - it will indicate which class your child will be allocated - S01-01. Meaning Sec 1-01.
If you have iNet access - it should be uploaded by now.
For Yr2 it will be the same class.
For Y3 - the student can check in iNet.
Hope this help. -
How much does the food cost for recess?
$2.50 to $3.50 typically should be enough for recess. Ultimately it still depend on your girl’s appetite 😃 and the food selection. -
Hi, just received class allocation. Can parents tell me if the classes are randomly allocated or according to GEP/High scorers/DSA? Thank you.

Rgs seems to be making great effort in integrating the girls. No more gep classes or classes by dsa domain. No more pure higher chinese classes (all chinese, no racial integration). Girls from the same primary schools seem evenly distributed across the 12 classes (no more classes dominated by girls from same primary schools).
The school believes that all rgs girls are high abilities girls and all should be treated the same. I think this is a great move.
Heard that RI/ HCI and NYGH still keep their gep classes. In fact, NYGH’s gep classes has gotten even more elitist - it used to take in psle high scorers too, but no longer so this year. The 2 classes are strictly for gep girls only and the class size is small vs other classes.sob7\" post_id=\"1895940\" time=\"1548301087\" user_id=\"135725:
This year cohort I see that GEP students are quote evenly distributed between the classes, not sure about the prev years.
There is a 3-4 per class from what I can see.
Wonder if its the same in RI/HCI/NYGH? -

No, she didn’t opt for SAP
I'm keen to know as well.kaisuparents\" post_id=\"2009249\" time=\"1608687303\" user_id=\"35019:
Can anyone pls share their experiences / thoughts on SAP (Special Art Programme) in RGS. Is there any auditions for this, any additional fees.
For Year1, how many CCAs do they need to take up (min n max). What are the core and merit CCAs.
Kaisuparents, is your girl going for the SAP audition on 1st day of school? A bit scary to go for audition right on the first day! -
Hi, can any parent / senior students share the CCA audition/selection processes. What to expect for debate or international dance selections. Thanks.

The journey from Sengkang is actually quite short. My girl travels by the train.cadenza88\" post_id=\"2010041\" time=\"1609202262\" user_id=\"15883:
My girl is starting her first year next week and we are staying in Sengkang. Any recommendations for school bus?
