Can try SMPS at 2CS, sometimes can get in without ballot, if ballot will be >2km. If unsuccessful, can go for MCS at 2CS, most years sure in.
Hi Gurus
Can advise if st Margaret or Marymount convent. Sg50 girl staying > 2km applying under 2c.
Which one got better chance?
:thankyou: -
Hi,
Need some advices here . I am not sure whether I should register a school that is near to my in law place’s at Marine Parade or near my house at Pasir Ris . If it’s near my in law’s house , they can help me pick up my girl at 5pm from student care but I’m worrying about my girl having to wake up very early to commute to Marine Parade . If I register her for Pasir Ris sch , no one would be able to pick her up as I finished my work at 6.30 pm and most of the student care close at 7 pm . I’m thinking of either Haig’s girls 1-2km from my in-law house or Elias park which is <1km . Which is of a better school? Currently don’t feel like moving house as houses at Marine Parade are not very affordable . -
Hi, what’s the chances for Maris Stella under 2B within 1km based on last year’s statistics? TIA.

Hi all SG50 parents!
The family is overseas now and looking to return SG around 2023. But understand that I will still require to ballot a school for my SG50 boy. Am planning to go for Maha Bodhi but looking at the stats, it seems to have low chance as we are in phase 2C and 1-2km from school. Should I even try for Maha Bodhi or not waste my chance at all?
Alternatively is to go for Tanjong Katong pri, phase 2C 1-2km from school. Most likely should be able to get in without any ballot. My boy will be returning to SG from an international school overseas. so thinking TKPS may be a better/easier fit for them to adapt (from where he comes from). Anyone from TKPS can share your experience with the school or culture of the school?
Thanks lots for the help!

No point for Maha Bodhi, probably no chance for 1-2km.
