All About Part-Time Maids

Need recommendation for a reliable PT maid to help out every Sat or Sun 4 hrs. Rate I'm looking at is $10-$12, Bukit Panjang. If there is any, please let me know.

Really cannot tahan doing endless housework.

5 households share one maid..

Maid will just do cleaning, washing of clothes and ironing.

Maid's salary :$350
Levy : $300 ?
Total 650...each household : $130

Monday morning : Clean house 1
Monday afternoon : Wash and Dry House 1 clothes
Tuesday morning : Clean house 2
Tuesday afternoon : Wash and Dry house 2 clothes
Tues evening : Iron house 1 clothes
Wed morning : Clean house 3
Wed afternoon : Wash and Dry house 3 clothes
Wed evening : Iron house 2 clothes
Thurs morning : Clean house 4
Thurs afternoon : Wash and Dry house 4 clothes
Thurs evening : Iron house 3 clothes
Friday morning : Clean House 5
Friday afternoon : Wash and dry hose 5 clothes
Friday evening : Iron hose 4 clothes
Sat morning : Iron house 5 clothes
Sat afternoon : REST
Sat evening : REST
Sun* : Go to any of the 5 houses to do any thing...each weekend just one and must be in order...

For $130 a month.... :celebrate: think we can even afford to pay her more. But the households must live around each other.
only drawback is maid have to stay in the registered house....so i guess the actual employer pays lower ?

But i think cos the old lady wanna earn big time if small ikan bilis and we all know each other i think its fine ? or also cant ?

Just be ready for attitude change in maid after such deals are on. …

They will learn to make more demands and slack in their work… …
If they not happy after awhile, they will request to return to agent…
Can be a real headache for employer and may not be worth it…

even small fry also can get jail and fine. cos the intent is still the same, therefore regardless of its subcon or small fry, punishment is still the same.
