NTUC was crowded with people. Staff was stocking up frozen meat and veg. I bought some to stock up my fridge.

I'm going to go tomorrow and stock up for the rest of the week. I don't have time on Tues, and I don't want to try to shop on Wed! The main meals on Eve and Day 1 will be elsewhere, so I don't need anything fancy - just simple stuff to feed the 3 of us.

In the past, when I only shopped once a week, I used to buy a range of veg and always eat them in the same sequence, from the leafy ones to beans/gua to cabbage. So much so that my kids would look at the dinner table and say \"You just went to the market today?\" (leafy greens) or \"We're running out of veg?\" (cabbage again!).

Yes, am buying wong bok, lady fingers etc which can last longer as compared with leafy veg.

Yeah I read abt the show so I thought seeing this second gen acting skills etc..yeah leeyl , then got hooked up.. never had maid but I think this is a good show to bring us see another perspective..so poor thing..bride/maid, imagine the feeling of need to stay in a foreign home and a foreign country..

Initially I also got confused.
How can an employer/master, a successful lawyer fall in love with a “maid”. Then realize she is not a maid ultimately, she’s a foreign bride! And very pretty too.

Plant seedlings in small pots but u wld want to give more rooms for yr tommies to grow stronger to hold its weight when u hv lots of fruits. Well drain soil so that it don’t get root rot, altho the plant loves to hv constant drink. Tommie plants are prone to mealy bugs & spidermites. Get ready a mix of home organic pesticide of garlic & onion skin cut a dried chilli steep overnite then sieve a tbsp to spray every evenings if u hv the problem. Add fertilizers & u’ll hv blooms. Happy growing tomato plants!

Thanks esteema but so mafan one. I thought just water can already haha..see the small tomatoes so nice so thought of trying..but but bugs .. pass ba..
