I don’t think that’s how you become a member of Singapore Buddhist Federation. You can’t just get any 2 members to nominate / second. That is the process for SHHK.

To obtain a letter of recommendation fr a Methodist church, u need to be an official member of the church (any Methodist church). Usual timeframe for a pre-member takes a year of cathesism class to qualify for official church membership, that is if u do not miss out on the calendar cycle. Having said that, FairField Methodist is very competitive and it co-ed. Hence, u need to be within 1km to hv a chance & high chance go into balloting. Hope info is helpful.
