Hi, anyone knows historically for SC staying < 1km of Poi Ching School, is there a need to ballot in phase 2C? Are the chances of getting in high?

If I can be within 1km of either Poi Ching or Raffles, which one will have higher chance in phase 2C? And which school is better in your opinion? -
