Hi all.

My boy doesn’t really show his interest in reading Chinese
books. In fact most of his books collections are eng,
ONI recently after meeting his Chinese teacher, we realize that reading comic is also a good start to cultivate his interest
I bought the xiao bai long comcs books

u can get it frm popular book store too

Nowadays the kids chinese are getting bad ...at home & at school also speaks english ...rarely have time to induge in speaking mandarin..

The choices for chinese story books are not as many as for english books in the library.

My p5 dd has problems finding suitable chinese books in the library.

My P4 boys also has to complete 4 Chinese book reviews for his holiday homework. Like many kids, he hardly reads Chinese storybooks, but I managed to borrow 6 MOE supplementary readers suitable for P4 & 5 from Bishan library, which he finished reading in 2 days. I think that is a good start for someone who prefers to read Alex Rider series…
