Any posts or sites showing balloting numbers BY DISTANCE (for 2020, Phases 2B and 2C)?


Example, MGS Phase 2B, 27 spaces and 39 applied. Balloting occurred for SC<1km. How many of the 39 applications were SC<1km?

For MGS, safely say more than 95% is <1km

We are looking to register for DS for P1, we will be moving to a new area and I am confused by the various dates.

So we will be registering in Phase 2C. What is the last date we can move and still register for 2C?

Seems automatic date is NRIC address on 31 May 2020. It says if different can fill out form on P1-IS. Can we fill that out up to the start of Phase 2C in August if we move after end of May but before 1st July ?

Any help / guidance would be great.

Your post is not so clear. You will need to take note of a couple of things:
1. Resale or new
2. Purchase date
3. Move in date

If you have purchased a resale and move in, as well as update the address at a NPP, before 31 May, you should be able to register online via the normal process without a hitch.

If you have purchased a resale before registration date and only intend to move in after 31 May (but not after 2 Jan next year), you will need to register via P1-IS.

If you have bought a new property before registration, you will have to use P1-IS, provided that the vacant or delivery possession date of the property is within 2 years of your child’s entry into P1.

Hi floppy, sorry my post was not clear - we are renting we don’t intend to buy, sorry that was not clear from the post. So wanted to know the date we have to move in by if we are using the form to register and not the P1-IS system as our address has changed. Is it 31 May or 1st July.

Based on past years’ rules, I believe it was end-June. For rentals (ie if u didn’t buy the place).

And I believe u can apply to change address via Singpass app? No longer need to physically go down to NPP.

don't you still need to change the address on your nric?
