Do you all think it is a good idea to learn yoga at this time?

That day I went to my cousin’s house and had to leave before his Yoga teacher come over. The Yoga teacher charges $100 per lesson for the family of 5.

Heard they sign up as it is good for my young nephew’s spine/backache due to his poor siting posture

Wow good to have teacher to go to the house. For a moment I thought my mom will nag me after I told her that's why have second thoughts the other day.. Next 2 wks hope can go make enquiry and take a look. I told my gals either now or will never resume le..yeah for backache is good. It helps me when dd1 was still a baby. I have backache from carrying her..hmm now I remember my wrists 'injured' also hope can still do.

Yeah, nice to have a long weekend after so long…seems like the last one (CNY) was so long ago! Work has been very busy so I’m glad to finally get a Friday off.

DS also very happy…this week Mon-Wed enjoyed their P5 outdoor camp thoroughly, no academic lessons at all. Thurs back to school for 1 day, and then long weekend liao. Shiok.

My rough plan is to put my work aside, prepare some food and hopefully get the younger one to sit down and study.

Studying is inevitable for upper primary...this weekend even though some centres taking their public holiday break, DS still has 1 tuition + 1 enrichment. And I usually will be logging on to clear my work backlog during those 2 hours...

We will revise a bit for next weighted assessment...but in-between will have lots more downtime than usual weekend...online church of course & then let kid have some rare gaming time & bubble tea 🕺

I’m still going to be working (and telling my daughter to do the same), up to mid-afternoon. Then we will declare the rest of the day off and go visit my parents. She only has 3 more weeks before the end of her semester (and also her university course!). Although no exams for her, she has quite a few assignments to get done, so she will need to work tomorrow too.
