Thanks for sharing no allergy-related side effects, slmkhoo!

Sore arm tends to occur the next day. Happened to both my MIL and DH.

Just got back from Radin Mas. Very smooth and efficient - we were in and out in 1 hr, including the 30-min wait after the jab. So far no side effects of any sort, not even a sore arm.
most people experienced side effects from day 2 onwards. take care

I have a little bit of soreness in my arm now - only started an hour or so ago. So mild that if I weren't looking out for something, I would probably ignore it! My husband said his arm was sore from this midday - I guess his immune system works harder than mine?

Anybody has been to Kolam Ayer CC for the jab? Which vaccine is being given?

My 1st and 2nd dosage is 28 days apart so it should be M? But this CC is not the 4 offering M vaccine so I wonder if they have roll out in more than the 4 CCs.

I think this is one of the new sites that had not been announced yet that would start from mid apr, same as potong pasir cc too, offering M

                  28 days is Moderna
                  21 days is Pifizer

Only considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines

My colleague who is same age as me, yet to receive the booking link despite registering a few times.

I don't think age or registering repeatedly makes any difference. Once the person has been registered, he probably joins a waiting list and he has to wait his turn.

My husband and I registered minutes apart (he did his first) on 25 March and received the confirmation SMS (he got his first). A few days ago, because someone said that re-registering would speed things up, I tried again but my husband didn't. Last night, the booking link was sent to us, again minutes apart, but he got his first! I believe that those who registered more than once were probably also the ones who got their first registration in early, and hence got the booking link early too.

Forum: How is registration for Covid-19 vaccination managed?
                        PUBLISHED7 HOURS AGO
                        FACEBOOKTWITTER
My husband and I are Singaporeans in the 45 to 59 age group who registered our interest to be vaccinated a few weeks ago (Covid-19 jabs to be extended to those below 45 from June, April 6).

We live in the east and have yet to be invited to make an appointment. Yet, we know of other Singaporeans living a few streets away who were invited to make their appointments even though they registered their interest later than us - including someone who got a slot the day after registering interest.

We also know of long-term pass holders under the age of 45 living in other parts of Singapore who registered their interest a month ago, and who have been invited to make an appointment.

It seems like the procedures are inconsistent, and it appears that the queues are decentralised and managed separately.

Surely in this digital age, it is not difficult to have a centralised queueing system to ensure an efficient and equitable roll-out of the vaccines?
