Hi All,
Was trying to research and wasn’t able to find out concrete information in the other forums. Does ACS J and/or P accept Parent Volunteers (PV) on an annual basis? -

Hi All,
Can I enquire: For Phase 2B registration at ACPS/ACJS, is pastor’s letter required? Or the baptism and church membership certificates will suffice fpr 2B registration? Thanks! -

You’ll need the pastor’s letter fr the congregation u’re a member of. Give a hone call to yr parish to check if yr membership record is in place, and the earliest u can obtain the letter or what’s the timeframe u need to signal yr application for that P1 Registration letter. All the best

Hi all, I heard that a student entering ACS (J) might have less chance of bullying compared to ACS (P). Parents with current children there, any thoughts on this please? My son is entering either of the schools next year. Thank you.

Hi parents
Newbie here. I am an old boy from ACSP. So I assume my son will be registering 2A1. Just wondering, considering next year is SG50 babies going to primary one, what are the odds that 2A1 will go to balloting. If so, should we move to within 2km just to secure a spot? Any thoughts? -

You can assume that he will be registering under 2A2, unless you had joined the alumni association before the cut off date (in which case you’d receive the paperwork/proof to put you in 2A1) - check with them if you’re not certain.

2A1 is safe from balloting. But I recall for Tiger babies there was balloting in 2A2. -

My son goes to ACSJ

i thank god everyday for giving him the chance to go there
he is a shy boy, but has learned to love the school and his classmates
his teachers have been very nurturing and he really likes both of them
The class teacher even takes the time to make up moral stories and tell the boys at the end of the school day in order to inculcate good values in them (this is his favourite part of the day)
no bullying whatsoever that I can think of, ACSJ is a blessed school -

Good that your son enjoys school & learning fr teachers & peers thro play & story telling. I guess the sch library activities alr cut out, owise good avenue for him to learn. Mrs Caillan had also reinforced a lot more values into every sch programme since she took over in my son’s year.
