Their staffs do not have to be at work to send out the notifications. They can prep the list and set it up as a batch job to help send out the notifications on a stipulated date and time 😄

Hi Chancc, I heard from my DD that there is an email sent out, informing them that there is an admissions outcome. So, she has to log into the system to see her letter. So, it was quite nerve-racking when she logged in to see her letter.
