Because the delta variant is able to spread from person to person more easily, experts say those who have not had the vaccine remain especially vulnerable.

\"This is the most dangerous phase of the pandemic coming up for people who are unvaccinated,\" the director of the Mayo Clinic's Vaccine Research Group in Rochester, Minnesota, said.

Are you guys requiring your private tutors to swab with ART before going to your place for tuition?

Surprised my tutor WA me the ART negative result image. I didnt ask for it. In any case, we can't even prove whose result that belongs to. LOL.

My tutor wanna take S. Not sure if you guys are asking for tutors' vaccination status update or will that be too rude?
Government said those who choose S will not be eligible for the Vaccine Injury Financial Assistance Programme (Vifap) should they develop any adverse reactions. So why choose S? :scratchhead:

Have 1 more week of HBL for some kids. Haha. Iron uniforms too. I’m still contemplating to bring them for haircut or not, hair so long now.. heard they can cut hair without removing the mask. True?

Yes. They’ll insists masks on when doing haircut. Not 100% perfect, but they’ll adjust as they view the mirror with u till u’re satisfied. That’s my experience.

My hair place will ask you to hold the mask in place with 1 hand and unhook the ear loops while they do the
hair at the sides. Works OK.

Hair places will be busy these few days! My sil is also dragging my (very unwilling) nephew for a haircut on Friday!

There are some who can't take the P/M vaccines because of allergies. I know someone who has been medically advised that way, so she has no choice other than S as it's the only other available one at the moment. She is elderly with other chronic illnesses, and has been advised that the risks of catching COVID outweigh the risks of serious adverse reactions. On balance, she reckons that some protection is better than none. Not sure what reasons others may have.
