Woah so fast received already arh.. thanks sky!

Me too don't know when to use..during whatever they calling it now.. when cannot go out then it would be handy.
The only reason for using is for peace of mind if on LOA/QO to self check first. Otherwise I don't see the need to use. I collected free ART for my seniors months ago but still unused. To be honest ARTs are costly and together with the blood monitor, feel like waste money le from the govt. Both are white elephants.

Do the ART kits have an expiry date indicated on the box?

I think I’d prefer to poke my own nostrils than let someone else do it. DH has been to countless swab tests under RRT regime. He said some of them are very rough handlers.

It's not bad to have a couple handy for self-monitoring when you think you likely have been exposed, but I think 6 per household could mean a lot of them will expire unused. I think 2 or 4 per household in the first instance might be good enough, with some way of getting extra when needed. As I mentioned earlier, I don't think self-testing is accepted for entry to places, and also for mandatory workplace testing, so you still need to get the test done by someone else in such instances.

We didn't collect the oximeter as the letter got thrown away, but I'm not sure we would have wanted it anyway. Too much monitoring can make you paranoid! It's different if you have someone who is sickly at home, I guess.

We collected oximeter but never use it. I guess it is good to have one at home just in case. For countries that have more cases, it maybe more useful.

Art kits I don’t think will anyhow use coz will feel quite wasteful… got chance of it got expired.

The N95 masks given free, like quite thick, spongy feel. Use 1 time, throw arh, feel so sayang lor.

Kiddos using disposable masks everyday change and I use cloth masks. Now masks are so much cheaper than first half year of 2020…at so much better quality.

Our QuickVue test kit indicates expiry date as 17 May 2023.

Was talking to dd, poor those very young kids. They haven’t experienced the freedom we had pre covid time. Our kids still have experienced it for few years. Hope this will pass.

Pity those toddlers and kiddies who have to wear a mask when going out.

For me, i never wore a mask until govt said so.
