MOE / SEAB doesn’t have any compassion for this year’s poor batch of PSLE students … Set so difficult papers for guinea pig batch and covid stressed children. I already don’t agree that this new AL system less stressful and now confirms this system is only to weed out the really smart while ignoring the rest welfare

My friend's son is in the top class of his school. He told the mom that more than half of his class was in tears after the PSLE math paper today. Some couldn't even finish the math exam paper 2.

What is MOE thinking? This batch of students had their education disrupted countless times for 2 long years. And now this.

Does anyone know if there will be any moderation? If there isn’t, I really want to ask what the MOE is doing!

And they claim to be concerned about the kids’ mental health. Assholes!

AL no bell curve right? Feeling sad and disappointed for the kiddos this year. Heard lots of children feeling upset, can’t finish or cry. And look at the 2 years of disruption, really need to toughen up the kiddo at this time?
