Anyone can advise on kainetik maths?

If you are looking for onsite primary math lessons, these are the PSLE math specialists which are very popular. All 4 centers also appear in the newspapers regularly --

(1) Visible Math at Sin Ming (Thomson)

(2) NickleBee Math at Sin Ming (Thomson)

(3) Concept Math at Novena (Goldhill)

(4) Math Heuristics at Novena (Goldhill)

Having checked with parent chatgroups last few days, here is my humble assessment of the 4 math specialists for psle.

Visible math
https://www.visiblemath.com.sg/
• Large class size. Can be up to 20 students in classroom.
• Reasonable fees.
• Focus on mainstream math training. Mixed ability classes.
• Uses the 'cognitive conceptual approach' and 'concept builder' to help students understand the syllabus.

Nicklebee math
http://www.nicklebeetutors.com/
• Small class size. Max 4 students in a session.
• Fees are expensive
• Focus on advanced math training. To target the 4-mark and 5-mark type of challenging psle math questions.
• Teaches their own techniques called : 'unitary method' and 'C3PO math'. Also includes some methods from gifted education programme math and olympiad math.

Concept math
https://www.conceptmath.com/
• Moderate class size. Max 12 students in a session. Founder's class may have more students.
• Reasonable fees.
• Focus on mainstream math training. Can join the founder's class for more advanced psle math workshops.
• Uses MOE based model method and their own 'S.M.A.R.T. approach'.

Math heuristics
https://mathsheuristics.com/
• Moderate class size. Max 10 students in a session.
• Fees are relatively expensive.
• Focus on advanced math training. Target paper 2 math questions.
• Founders were former psle markers and setters. They have their own unique technique called : 'unit transfer method'.
Wow! I missed out on this! Thank you tinker_bell, for making the effort, to expand on my list of PSLE math specialists! šŸ˜„

A very underrated math tuition centre in the east would be Christopher Learning Centre (https://christopher-learning-centre.business.site/). It's apparently very popular amongst those staying near Katong or Siglap. You might want to consider them.

School math as in primary school syllabus math?

I am aware that https://www.facebook.com/matholympiad.com.sg/ provides competition math training, like those math olympiads and math contests. I know of a couple of friends who sent their children there but they didn't win any medals, so it was quite disappointing, as they were looking forward to using the results for DSA.

I don't think the math classroom is as well known for psle and primary school math tuition. AFAIK, I have not heard of any parents sending their children there for psle math tuition.
