I'm not a mommy, but the ESIS test is an aptitude test administered by a qualified psychologist; it's designed to select the top 10% of population, equivalent very roughly to a PSLE score (old scoring) of 255. Does any one have any experience with any of these tuition centre? Findings Ltd, Raffles Trust or Ideas ink. Heard good things about all of them.
Need something for Physics, Langarts or Math- also looking for something specific to ACS syllabus, as ACS can be different from the rest.

Have yet to decide which one my son needs most help with. Dont think can do all 3, given how busy they are..

I’ve not heard of Raffles Trust or Ideas, but I can tell you definitely FINDINGS cater specifically to ACSI syllabus, particularly for those under IP/IB & they don’t mix other schools since diff in syllabus. I think FINDINGS first set up specially to cater for the needs of ACSI students if I’m not wrong. My frd’s daughter had a good experience where she cld tailor to focus more on her weaker topics in the subject.

I noticed u’ve I dictated 3 subjects & thot I’ll just highlight it’s gonna be a challenge for the lower sec students as they’ve to cope with 2 CCAs. Time is just so scarce

I agree with Estéema. Findings is indeed set up to cater to IB students in general (and ACSI students mainly because that was the first MOE school to run the full IB programme). But they also teach O- and A-level students and IP/non-IP, in different classes. They do try to tailor the experience to individual students. Must confess that I am possibly biased, so better to ask around for more opinions.

Does anyone have a list of subject combinations offerred for express stream in Sec 3? Are the combinations fixed or can students pick a combination other than that which is offered by the school? Most secondary schools have minimum grades to achive before being allowed to take a particular subject at Sec 3. Does ACSI have such a list?

They don’t typically need to bring. They can book the desktops at the library. Bring their usb for SATA storage, email to each other or put in Google translate easily accessible at anytime.
