Yes, TOP within 2 years of reg’n is the guideline, so u are safe. If slightly beyond that, can write to negotiate apparently. Wish those property agents at showflats knew the answer few years back when I was shopping around!

please advise me. I am looking to use my parent’s address for registration in Phase 2C, understand she will fall under the 1 to 2km group. The balloting history for the school is 0.30 likely for 1 to 2km. If my girl does not get in, I think there are none in the area I am keen on and will thus fall back to my own address and sch in the vicinity. I have this question:
1. Are we allowed to just swop address to use at say, at Phase 2C I use parent address. If i do not get a seat, i use my own address at Phase 2C(S)?
