You won't see a change if you're at home. The change only shows after you've scanned a QR code to check in. I was puzzled about that too. I haven't tried mine yet as I haven't been out.

App a lot more convenient leh. In the app you can save the places you go often into favorites and then can scan in advance without QR code. Then just walk while showing the screen can go in mall already.

And I was too brief earlier - you can still show vacc status without the updated app, but the new app shows the green screen (visible from far) and vacc status on the same screen. Anyway, worth trying it out to see what works best for you.

I've the same prob as Chiefks.
Zappy: Does it include the family details too? Many were complaining abt the identification of household kids to dine-in.
I know SingPass ''Family'' has your kids' details, but no address. Have to open two apps to prove to the waiter it's not my nephew or niece I'm treating to dinner!
OT: wonder how they are gonna verify those separated couples with kids under 1 parent's custody & not living in the same household as the other parent who's taking the kid out for weekend makan.
Everyone in the group will need to show that they brought their own Tracetogether App/ Token, and that they each meet any additional requirements from the venue.
The CNA report on this also said:
For those who are not vaccinated and do not have a cleared test status, a white screen will appear instead. The white screen also applies to those who perform a group check-in.
So basically if you do group-check-in, I guess the system doesn't know everyone's vaccination status. So still have to individually show it.
We normally just do our own check-in anyway, so this doesn't affect us that much; save that one step to go back to the home screen.
Yesterday I was unsuccessful as app traffic was high, so I went out for family dinner with the old version. Still had to open Singpass app to prove the companions are living in my household last night. -
Just booked my booster shot for next week. MOH sent me a notification last month, then a reminder last week, and then another today, just 4 days later! The frequency is increasing! I was planning to delay, but now my husband says he may want to have a short break in Malaysia in Dec, so I should get the booster.

I dont use the token anymore as I always don’t rem checking out. Don’t even know if the token is tracking me all day long in the mall. TT is good because u determine your check-out moment. The History enables you to see where you’d been to in the last 25 days. With the token, it’s easy to forget where you’ve checked-in, and where the exposures had occurred that caused you to be HRW / HRP for a few days. I don’t like that opacity with the token. It’s only good for seniors and kids.
