comfy:
I bought a CD616 ($658) on 2005 and at first it is for my own use. But this year, my DD (P3) is using it more frequently and find it very useful for searching chinese words using HYPY (don't know how to write the chinese words esp for chinese comp.). The E-Ch translation and vise versa is also very useful and fast for her to retrieve. I like the audio function. I don't know whether the school will accept this dict for exam. Hope that it does.

Only SEAB approved models are Creative and besta basic models. No translation EL to CL or CL to EL models allowed. -
Hi dyh,
Just want to check with you...what did your Besta 668 come with ? My son knows how to use it right after we bought. He watched something under the video player. I use it to get zao ju.
Hope your kids enjoy using it to make money worth.

there were 3 options in the purchase. i chose the lowest price which only comes with the base unit with headphone, cover and charger. i topped up $15 to get the protective screen cover.Hi dyh,

the other more expensive options include camcorder, additional dictionary in SD card, speaker, extra casing cover etc but to me they are unnecessary.
still exploring.. -
Hi dyh,
I bargained with the sales promoter to throw in 2 SD cards - one Collins dictionary & 1 SD with Chinese compo. This Besta came in handy at the start of this year as son’s EL teacher wants the class to write the meanings of all the words for Vocab MCQ as well as other words in ‘What’s Up?’ newspaper. -

That's expensive
I did consider going to a GP to get my ears pierced after 2 unsuccessful times done at Isabella...had infection as the staff didn't do a good job. Honestly I'm so scared to think of getting it done again.
