Based on my understanding, no.

If taking hcl, only need to take o level hcl in year 4. If pass, then no need to take cl in year5/6.

Hi, thanks for getting back.
Is there a certain grade requirement to score for O level HCL in year 4 for exemption in year 5 & 6.

Example, need at least A2 for O level HCL etc or just a pass grade, minimum C6 will do?
