Thanks. Did I hear it correctly when they say the mask can be used for at least 7 months?! If so, then it would justify the extensive packaging it comes in.
Based on the 30 (weekly) rinse calculation, yes. Need to take note of the washing procedure though - I was previously guilty of squeezing the mask while washing 😓 .

I think so. My bro used his 3 years old son bc to collect a mask
Oh yes, I went to collect this afternoon and both keying in and scanning works for both adults and children.

I try to collect the free mask from a vending machine near my house but the machine displayed the message\"oops, there is something wrong\" and ask me to try later. My neighbour also tried to collect the mask at the same time but same message came out. We try again tomorrow.[/quote]
I encountered this message at the RC too. So I walked a bit further to the CC and the machines were fine there. I suggest for you and your neighbor to collect at the CC instead.

Yes, I went to the same machine last night and the same error message came out and therefore I will go to Boon Lay or Frontier CC to collect the mask this evening.

Yeah... me too. How to get something to dry without squeezing? Geez.

Fold it in a towel or other absorbent cloth and press to squeeze out the water. Then hang to dry. You'll have to hang the towel out to dry too, though. That's what I do with delicates (and masks).

I think what they meant is to rinse the surface only and hang it dry? … I read that we weren’t supposed to soak it in water…

                    Hope I’m interpreting it correctly…
