Wonder if they will come up with a 2-in1. Flu + covid vaccine. No need to jab so many times. Babies have their X-in-1 jabs where 1 jab various vaccines are introduced into their system. DS had a many-in-1(cannot remember how many) at 1yr old cos he missed many jabs due to his asthma before that.
Moderna (and probably others) already working on something like that:

My DH was having serious coughing during work last night and he rushed down to a 24 hours clinic for ART test and confirmed positive. Then the doctor asked me to go down to do an ART during midnight and my result is also a positive one.

But I only had a mild cough on last Wednesday and Thursday with a negative ART results by that time and most symptoms had already disappeared since last Friday and I thought I was well fit.

As I and my DH are working in high risk industries and we expect this day will come but not expect so fast. Now we have to Quarantine at home for 72 hours and have to do another ART on coming Tuesday and if the result is negative then we can go out.

My DH is taking lot of medicine as he is a diabetes patient and for me …no medication is needed as my coughing was went away. My DH said we have undergone a 4th jab before the CNY and we are immuned. Since both of us cannot go out and we have to order our food via food panda for these three days.

Take care; since both are vaccinated, i dont think this will be a big issue.

I am mentally prep to get infected too. Already told dd that at most confined at home for a few days. I just hope symptoms, if any, would be mild or no.

When you saw the doctor, did he prescribe any medication?

I am ok but my DH is having much severe symptoms because he is a diabetes patient and we feel so lucky because we have taken the booster in Oct 2021.

We went to the doctor last night around midnight 11:30pm and the doctor didn't prescribe any medication for me as most of my symptoms have already gone. For DH, the doctor gave him the medication to stop his cough, his throat inflammation and fever.

My DH said it should be I got infected and then spread to him. Sign...

This means the doctor most likely prescribe common medications to relieve the symptoms and not those specific to covid.
The ART kit is really reliable as you already have no more symptoms and yet detected the virus.

Yes, my DH medicine are same as those for common flu and no special medication for Covid 19. I still don't understand why my ART results were negative during last Tuesday and Wednesday when I was coughing otherwise I won't meet my friends for dinner last night.

I m curious. For someone got it, will that person get 270 days to the next jab (be it primary or booster)? How to have the evidence if someone has no symptom and no PCR test?

Now u need to alert your friends.
I am puzzled why your ART was negative when you had symptoms.

Thank you MrsKiasu. No....the 4th jab mean we are immuned for the time being because both of us are infected.
