This ART kit comes as a pair in a box. One tube has liquid while the other is empty. Guess what I did? I poured some liquid into the empty tube. The kits worked well ie got \"results\" ...
Too little liquid may affect the ART result of both kits and therefore you shouldn't do that. Could you collect some test kits from the Government vending machine? My DH has collected some from the Government vending machine last week.

Not sure about efficacy if you do that. In fact, as the concentration of virus could be higher, it might be more likely to be positive! So it's good it gave negatives. Next time, if there is a next time, you could call the manufacturer and ask for a replacement.

I don't see any problem with improvisation as long as you get enough \"drops\" for the test kit. If the \"drops\" are insufficient, then the chromatography in the test kit may be incomplete due to insufficent liquid to wet the entire strips to show the \"C\" and the \"T\" result for a complete test.

Ultimately, covid-19 is endemic and let's treat it as such.

Not a \"science\" person, so I will bow to those with more understanding! Yes, didn't I read recently that over 99% of Covid cases in Singapore are asymptomatic/mild? I hope we can dispense with all this testing soon.

This article did not state if these were unvaccinated patients....do we just assume? :scratchhead:

Two Paediatric Vaccination Centres to Cease Operations After 27 February 2022

                        4. By end February, we will have relatively fewer remaining children who would need to be vaccinated, after another 3 to 4 weeks of high vaccination demand. As such, MOH will gradually reduce the number of paediatric VCs in the coming weeks. This will also allow MOH to allocate more resources towards the national booster vaccination programme, which has just started for individuals aged 12 to 17.

                        5. Two paediatric VCs at Nanyang Community Club (CC) and Queenstown CC will therefore cease operations after Sunday 27 February 2022. These two paediatric VCs will continue to accept appointments made via the NAS until their eventual closure but will no longer accommodate any walk-ins for their Dose 1 appointments from 7 February 2022.

                        6. 13 paediatric VCs will remain in operation after the closure of the Nanyang CC and Queenstown CC paediatric VCs. Please refer to Annex B for a map of the remaining paediatric VCs.
