Maybe ask TCM doc see what can you eat to strengthen your health? Or just buy prepacked herbs and get a black chicken make soup see helps or not.

My kids also towards the 'quick get tired' type..I m also thinking how to help. Eat vitamins/drink soup etc maybe.

Do take fruits especially oranges, pomegranate everyday. Hope you are getting sufficient rest, more than usual.
          Is your appetite normal?

Infected with Covid 19 is like that, not only me, a few of my colleagues are also the same, just need some time...maybe a month time to fully recover my health. Be patient.

I think it varies. My husband had Covid just before CNY. He had mild symptoms, and was mostly well after 4-5 days. He was back to running 4km after 2weeks.

I didn't do anything! He just took it easy, self-medicated (for runny nose) and waited. After he tested negative, he started by taking walks, then run/walks, then running his full distance, and finally got back to his full running schedule by about 3 weeks (3x a week).

Yes dd told me classmate tested positive with brand A ART and on same day tested negative on brand B ART. No symptoms.

Another sharing. So friend's vaccinated teenager got symptoms (fever, throat pain, running nose) tested ART positive. Went tele-consulting, was told this is not considered going to see doctor, in the end, not recorded officially as C+, family/close contacts not issued HRW. Self isolate at home. After 5d still ART positive. Trace together will not be updated that she has contracted C+ b4 and she's expected to take booster due soon. Do you think MOH procedures here is a bit flawed? MOH website also states there is no recommendation to take booster for fully vax C+ person but if the vac status lapsed, the person will be considered unvax so what should the mom do?
Option 1: https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=95466&start=9800 (No need to incur cost, just write to MOH)

Option 2: Go and do a serology(test for antibodies) test in a clinic eg. Raffles Medical and submit to MOH. The cost varies. The lowest we have enquired was $85 which included test + consultation. Perhaps if anyone knows a lower cost one can share with us. We need to do a serology test too.

Option 3: If they agree to the viewpoints in this article below, then perhaps just go and get the booster shot as per the scheduled date.
