Update on SYF 2010:
Dance: 31st March: Gold with Honours!
Band - 8 April: Gold (1st time!)
Strings - 13 April: Gold
Choir - 15 April: Silver
CO - 20 April: Silver(1st time)
They performed well, yes, there were weaknesses, but they were certainly not the standard of the others who got Silver. They were way better. So today was a watershed moment for the CO when results were announced. -
Oh dear! Poor boys. When I went for the evening concert just recently, I thought they played so well. Overall, I think all the boys from all groups worked so hard. Pity that some had to be disappointed.

Any mummies have put their DS in the following student care : Joyhouse Learning Centre and Lovingkids learning cove.
Would appreciate any feedback or good recommendation for student care around the school or AMK.
Thank you -
This year Phase 1 is hot, got so many students sibling this year. A little surprise!
2A1 is equally hot.
I still remember my time is 30+ in 2A2. -
My boy was at Happy World for 4 good years. Both of us and also my boy miss the staff there.
Last year change management when my boy is in P5.
It is now known as Joyhouse.
It’s good to be near to school, they actually go to the school to bring the students for a short walk to the after care. -
Hi,
We am currently staying in the West, but would like to register our boys in CHS under Phase 2A (the first one next year for 2012 intake). We are deciding if we should move closer to CHS or let the boys travel.
Does anyone know if CHS’ school bus travel all the way to Clementi / West Coast area? And if yes, how long is that journey? If no one knows this information, is there any CHS bus operator number I can call to enquire?
Grateful for any advice and information. Thanks. -
better to move nearer, 6 years of travel is no joke.
and from west to CHS is very far, the bus would have to pick up other children also, by the time your child reach sch/home, he will be very tired for anything else. he may be the first to be picked up and last to drop.
check with the sch for bus operator number.
