Time flies and it is time for Yuan Xiao.

I went to the supermarket in the early morning to buy ingredients for steamboat.
The tub of Lo Hei (meant for 8 pax) is on offer; Buy 1 Free 1 at $12.80

i bought the tub of Lo Hei from the ntuc in Hillion Mall
The tub has only the dried ingredients.
I topped it up with smoked salmon and jelly fish.

Don’t know whether anyone is staying around Hillview area. I went for a boardgames event at Hillview Community Club this afternoon and because I was slightly late due to heavy rain in my place, I just had my lunch somewhere in the CC.

There was a cafe there called "Wang Family Cafe". When I went in, there was a Korean boss assigned a table for me. I asked him for the menu but he said they only serve one type of set menu. I got no choice, but ordered and waited.

Finally, there were nine small dishes with Korean Fried Chicken, Stew Pork, smashed potato, bean sprouts, Korean Rice Cake, beancued skin, dumpling, fried egg and kimchi with a bowl of rice and soup putting on my table. It was the set meal and I ordered one more bowl of rice and finished most of the food. The Korean boss then served me a piece of waffles and watermelon…saying it was included in the set meal. My feeling was like having a buffet lunch and it only costed me $17.00 for the set meal. I think one set meal is enough for 02 persons eating. Anyone stay near Hillview CC can go there and try especially if you like Korean Food.

                        Really such a good deal?
I live opposite this CC but yet to patronize this cafe.
