Thank you for yr well wishes & affirmation of use of Manuka Honey. I’ve always believed in Manuka but don’t know why didn’t think of it till yday reminded by a KSP frd & cheered by her pics of her cutie kitten. Must be my brain filled up with cloudiness fr all those phlegm & worked into my sensitive sinuses. My eyes kept smarting. Taking ano spoonful of Manuka after lunch, gurgling & then will sleep again. Tis the only time I give myself reason to be ‘lazy’ not think or do anything else.

if you come across on how a 'helper' can be graceful, please share :razz: seriously very disappointed with myself esp after meeting up with a friend. Yea I know no good to compare.
