Nan Hua High = AL11 (Indicative COP AL11(D))
Nan Chiau High = AL12(D) (Indicative COP AL11(M)).

Looks like CCHM (AL11(M)) and Anglican (AL12(P)) were the same (actual = indicative). I believe Maris Stella High at AL12 (non-affiliated) was also the same, but I am not 100% sure.
Good to know there are ample choices for those scoring AL 11/12. Thanks for sharing your findings.

Find out what she hope to become next time and use that to motivate her in studies? Say For someone that want to become dancer, tell her to dance well she need to know how to take care of her health and physical condition. Learning science well now will allow her to learn better advance subject like physiology next time, to keep her body in tip top condition and become champion dancer. For kids that like car, tell him in order to understand more in-depth about cars, good foundation in the subject science is important. If he aspire further to build cars, then tell him it will require him to manage a team of engineer and therefore good foundation in English subjects will help him next time to better communicate with his team what type of special car to build.

What if she still hasn't decided on what she wants to be when she grows up? I find that these days, kids are less driven towards their career goals.

Go for open houses, maybe after seeing the boys at acsi, she will aim to go to mgs ip. Don’t study means little or no options later … try to live with no regrets.

Then can try substitute “what you want to be” with “what you enjoy doing”?

“If you enjoy dancing, having good science foundation will allow you learn more about the science of body movements in Kinesiology and you can dance better”. Who knows she may become keen in other domain when she become older - medicine.

Most importantly these saying are quite true and logical.

You may check with your boss what are the possible arrangements for your case.

In DH’s office, the mummies will start to do half day part-time at the beginning of the calendar year before taking no pay leave from May/June till PSLE exams are over. Some of them start to take leave as early as end of P5.

I don’t think it’s easy to motive them to study hard. Even my secondary 4 daughter is also not the motivated kind. She does not know what she wants to be in the future. More practical may be to take leave (if your company allows) and help guide them over this last stretch before PSLE.
