Stamp duty, BSD and ABSD can be payable using your CPF.
Option fees are not fixed, negotiable between buyer and seller.
Buyers please take note that before you use your CPF to pay for ABSD, you are supposed to pay full in cash first then you seek reimbursement from CPF and the amount will be reimbursed followed by deduction from CPF. This is because CPF can’t release the funds within 2 weeks from exercise date of OTP.

There are buyers who are not familiar and thought can just simply use CPF to pay off the ABSD. In the end, they did not set aside sufficient cash for ABSD and had to scramble to raise the cash needed.

To clarify, if ABSD is 100k, a buyer needs to cough up cash 100k then seek reimbursement from CPF.
CPF would then \"give\" buyer 100k after a few weeks?
How much is the interest charged by CPF for disbursing this 100k despite this $$ is from buyer's OA?

Yes, pay full cash first and wait for 2-3 weeks for CPF to reimburse.

Any withdrawal from CPF OA, interest should be 2.5%pa.

Yes as mentioned on the slide, ABSD needs to be paid in cash first before CPF reimbursement.

Timeline and paperwork, please work closely with the lawyers and clarify with CPF on your amount usable for ABSD. Hope this will help in your cash flow planning 😁

                  A new condo launching soon.

Liv @ MB is located at Arthur Road, just off Mountbatten Road. It will be just 3 minutes' walk to the upcoming Katong Park MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast line.

Investing in Malaysia, factors to consider

Investing in Overseas properties, other than buying the property, do plan for this 3 stages
                    - After purchase
                    - Holding onto the Property
                    - During Exit

Huge turnout for North Gaia EC.

                      https://www.edgeprop.sg/property-news/north-gaia-ec-sees-3700-visitors-preview-weekend

Not surprised as ECs can offer good capital appreciation potential. Moreover, existing stock of new ECs has dwindled to about 13 units in the whole of Singapore.
