great question ruyu! I think most computers do support tamil font if they do not here is a website to download from http://www.azhagi.com/. Recently they sold the Murasu Anjal CD which is a great resouce for students. It is $30. It has they tamil font, a dictionary which is very useful. If you type in a english word in the dictionary it will give you the tamil words! I reccomend the Murasu Anjal. http://anjal.net/?q=about

When I was FTWM, I didn't know where to find tamil materials for my 2 DS aged 8 & 10. Once I became a SAHM, did quite a bit of seach and really glad that finally the popular bookstores does sell tamil assessment books for all primary levels .
