I didn't study bookkeeping then.. I m not sure on the black and red.. cant recall all even tho we went for exam for typing. I remember the typewriter that we learned at centre was big one and subsequently when mom bought me one hmm so much smaller..and think it was a beige color.

I went for some kinds of Pitman exam for typing before...very long time ago. During that time, most girls would study a few commercial subjects before came out to work. I even studied shipping documentation and inwards and outwards bills (Letter of Credits) in banking sector from some commercial schools. One school was in Bukit Merah Central, just same block with the polyclinic.

For me anything also can I find..maybe don't have some strong interest in certain jobs and also parent don't have expectation ba.

Btw, is walking good for plantar sufferer? I don't know I just dont want to aggravate the inflammation.. carbo arh...yalor I ate rice as in full bowl rice more than last time..sugar I think I m quite in control..any idea if peanut butter will aggravate the condition..I just finished 1 tub..I have craving again waiting to go supermkt to buy.

My DH has serious Gout problem and he sometimes will have joints pain especially on his legs after eating too much seafood. And his doctor from Polyclinic reminds him - not to take any PEANUTS and BEANS and any BEANS product....beancurd, bean sprouts, etc.

Why not you go to a clinic to visit a doctor for your leg pain and see what are the advices given by the doctor?

Mrs Kiasu, you are supposed to avoid excessive walking when you have plantar fasciitis. And shouldn’t be bare footed at home. You can google.

Thanks ngl, I have that worry too.. today I will just walk very moderately.. and remember not to bare footed at home. Was also happy happy bare footed at home shortly before it started again coz thought it was recovering so wanted to try..

Yes, a blood test can check the level of uric acid in our blood. Let the doctor know your leg pain issue and see what the doctor say.
