Not a fan of McDonald’s but with rising inflation, this 1-1 promo comes in handy. :rahrah:
McDonalds will thank you very much :rahrah: -

If can’t finish, better not eat overnight Mc coz the oil they reused might be carcinogenic. That’s also why I avoid such food. Rather cook at home & we don’t leave food overnight. Just cook enuf & finish up.
Tomorrow got mc crispy right..the last time we bought 1 for 1 ..thrown 1 set coz after eating fries and some other snacks dd full already. Left in fridge few days. -

French fries must eat fresh, once cold become soggy. Bad digestion could be due to too much deep fried, high fats stuff ?
I hvnt had any burger for at least the last decade! Then last weekend we were busy with getting BIL’s new place furnished so MIL can get comfortable after moving in. Since no time to cook, we went along with the kids for McD & I was curious how their Laksa Burger wld taste. On my! Had a bad digestive night & DH disappointed with the std of their French fried. But Laksa Burger was abit more spicy than the Mac Spicy. I like the Buttermilk Chicken as it’s really tasty & juicy. No more burgers for me.
Have not tried their new products like the Laksa burger or Buttermilk Chicken, cos the only burger I like is McSpicy. I shall try Buttermilk Chicken next time

Think maybe my digestive system had been too ‘pampered’ with homecook food.

I typically eat homecook coz everytime I eat out, I get neck muscle strain which (believe it or not) due to MSG. I don’t use MSG at home. Had this for years & when ‘chefs’ start adding MSG to cold plates in chinese dinners, I start having neck strain, which was my experience after mainly cook dishes previously.
I hardly deep fry my food at home except when making the occasional special dishes. Mostly do stir fries, steam & soup. Cld be the fries & burgers combine that caused the discomfort the entire night thereafter.
Hope u enjoy Laksa Burger or the Buttermilk one with yr family which I like better. -

My Irritable Bowel Syndrome seems to be getting better but hor, it’s more than 6 mths of probiotics. Nvr got round to removing the gallbladder. Will start schedule for it after IBS completely recover. When I had that awlful tummy pain after Mc nite out, thinking maybe is my gallbladder not helping with my digestion. DH comforted it’s not likely.
