The liver sold at SS is at std price. Worth to buy.
how do u cook the liver?
If cook too long, it is hard.
If cook too short, it is raw and possibly not safe for consumption.

Always cooked till too hard so texture not nice. I always hope to get dds drink some of the soup but usually very difficult. After I got some out for them I will just add DOM into it and eat the whole thing myself.

For this round, I may just get some meat and stir fry it with the liver and ginger so that the could get some 'goodness' through the gravy.

Some said liver is quite dirty and hence i dont eat it often though I simply love it esp it is just cooked.
My late mum used to cook claypot liver with ginger slices and I wished I could eat the claypot as well bec it was simply too delicious.

That's a good idea..I go Google check how to cook it. I have claypot.

              Tks Janet for asking.
Yes, she graduated recently and started working ...
In a way, am relieved and \"released\"
I know that feeling although mine here has just started :nailbite:
Now you can enjoy yourself more. In a few years she may say she is getting married.

As a mother, I hope my son can find someone he loves, can take care of him and support him for the rest of his life. And I am looking forward to become a MIL once my son BTO flat is ready for key collection.
