I think your numbers should be correct. IIRC, it was around 160 IP(IB) in 2016 and 2017.

ACSI ~175 IP(IB) and ~240 O

I heard if the child gets to the 2nd interview, there is a high change a CO is coming his/her way.

There were 2 rounds for my DS via concert band. First round was audition by NJC concert band master. Second round was meeting the principal and two academic heads on 22 August. Btw, my son really enjoyed the NJC interview, he said the P & teachers were humorous and genuinely interested in knowing more about him and what he thinks. Whatever the outcome, he had a great experience and I am very thankful for that.
