Did anyone hear from SCGS for Robotics after the audition? Wonder if any interviews after the auditions held in mid July.

Hi not sure Abt ur domain but for eng there was a 1 to 1 interview for 2nd round mine was on 4th Aug
I checked with scgs they said by end Aug will be out. So shld be next week

Ohhh exciting. Based on previous years they were usually one of the latest schools giving out results nearing the due dates.

For sports domain, yes there was a group interview too after the trials. And ours was on Aug 4th too.

I heard if the child gets to the 2nd interview, there is a high change a CO is coming his/her way.

According to SCGS timeline, for shortlisted applicants after audition and trials will be invited for interviews onsite from 18 Jul to 26 Aug. That is too say, the interview has completed. So, all applicants who went for the interviews are now anxiously waiting for release of results.

Thanks. Same for robotics, there was a group interview after audition. Just wonder any 1-to-1 interview after the audition and group interview.

For ACSI, even via S1 posting, there are no seats set aside for affiliated kids per se. Reason:
- for IB track, anybody who meets the IB COP will enter (subject to any balloting)
- for O level track, all affiliated kids must meet a fixed COP of AL13 to enter. Those who cannot meet, no entry.
- remaining places (don’t worry, far more than MOE’s mandated 20%) will be available to non-affiliates. Estimated COP is usually very similar to previous year.

Back to DSA (your original qn), school sets aside N number of DSA places ahead of the S1 posting (total N hasnt been revealed, but they did answer for certain sports). That’s why I mean the affiliation part is irrelevant.[/quote]

In 2020 they said ~50 for Express and ~58 for IB (total ~108):

In 2021 they said ~110 total (back then, no academic DSA):

In 2022 back to physical open house. I dont know if anyone asked the qn at the Q&A cos I didnt attend the talk. Academic domains were resumed. Humanities was a new one.
