Quick question - if my DD accepts O-Level STEM but does well enough to get into IP-STEM, will she will allowed to "upgrade"?

No, they will follow the offer in S1. Not sure by S2 if result is good, they will offer IB to her.

Heard conflicting answers to this amongst friends who have applied to dual track schools. Suggest you call the school directly to verify.
