We received CO in whatsapp msg from the teacher in charge on last Sat, 3rd Sept, for sports domain.
But no official announcement via email or post mail from them yet.

No, they will follow the offer in S1. Not sure by S2 if result is good, they will offer IB to her.

There will be another admission exercise into Y3. It is open to all Y2 students in 2024 (referring to the current year PSLE students) with the following criteria:
Outstanding academic performance in Y1 and 2 school examinations; and Excellent achievement in academic and co-curricular activities. Shortlisted applicants must sit for Admission Tests administered by the school you are applying to. Some schools include an interview as well.

Crescent & NHHS rejected my girl.

Think AL 16 wasn’t good enough to be selected. Hopefully her PSLE score will be AL 13-15

Yes, this is what I know / understand D so far. But have to follow the DSA offer for S1 posting, even result meet IP /IB track, still have to follow DSA offer. It is clarify by school for dual track.
