After all, he is the main presenter of more than 1,454 home tour videos over the last five years. Melvin and the other co-founder of PropertyLimBrothers, Adrian Lim (not real brothers despite the name of the firm), have recently broken away from Singapore’s biggest real estate agency PropNex and officially launched themselves as PLB Realty, a boutique agency with 55 full-time realtors on Sept 9.

SINGAPORE – A couple who owned a three-bedroom apartment in Arc@Tampines were evicted after the management corporation strata title (MCST) was forced to sell the unit at auction in April.
Forced sales are extremely rare and fraught with legal and other complications, but MCST has run out of options.
The couple, aged 44 and 50, bought a 1,055 sq ft unit in a 99-year leasehold executive condominium at Tampines Avenue 8 in 2015.
But they repeatedly failed to pay management bills and sinking funds, which totaled about $36,000 at the time of the sale.
Under the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, MCST has the power to force the sale of a unit to recover money owed. -
