Yikes! That must've been a real scare but I'm glad it was resolved. Hope that tomorrow will be better planned and that your DS will have a less stressful start to the day. Good luck for Maths!
I made the mistake of leaving house in a leisurely manner this morning since paper only starts at 8.15am…mistakenly thought the P1-5 had the day off. Smack into the usual jam plus the heavy rain…until form teacher called at 7.35am asking whether attending or not. Very on the ball. Heard 11 kids were late to our school…hope they werent too flustered![/quote] -
Dear parents,
As we progress towards the end of PSLE, please spare some time to take a look at this little initiative.

Yes we did, and after a good night’s sleep.

All the best to the kids, even those who didnt sleep well. 2 years back, friend’s son still managed to get A* for Math despite waking up 5x the night before. It happens. -

Oh wow was he always good in math? My DD couldn’t sleep well last night. Gives me anxiety 😥

No he wasn’t. Not A* at prelims, and not the Olympiad kind of league. So don’t worry, miracles do happen!

I had a friend who failed in Economics for prelims and then got an A 2 months later during the A-Levels.

Miracles do happen... if you are *smart*...

Reminds me of that classic line which goes something like this...
Those who practise more often end up being more \"lucky\"

Wow, hoping this miracle happens for our sons too. For some reason, my DS was unusually tired yesterday evening and went to bed much earlier than usual and looked very tired when this morning while prepping to go to school.

Not sure if it was stress as he was still happily playing computer games in the afternoon. Perhaps drained too much brain power during the English papers.
