I think my DS added his own drama. He wrote about how the boy realized that he was careless, and then confronted the lady who scolded him for accusing her but then she discovered that she had the phone and was remorseful after that.

My DS needs to scale back on Netflix.

I don't think we should use \"祸不单行\" to describe this situation as all these were caused by the careless of the boy himself.

It's not fixed but the main theme should be mentioned (not necessarily at the end of the story, can be included as part of conversation etc.

This point is good in pointing to the lady to pardon the boy for knocking into her...
From the lady's perspective, she should let the matter slide since he regretted his action
However, if the boy is the protagonist, he should learn a lesson from his action too.

No worries, as long as managed to \"close\" the story. Just \"icing on cake\"/\"avenue for inspiration towards story plot\" cos from what heard, that man's actions aren't that obvious.
