      Think fixed rate facility has been withdrawn and no longer available. Even if there is, the rate is likely be quite high. And to fix for 2 years now, will run the risk of paying the much higher fixed rate as the rates are being reduced.
      Apply to all types of loan arh..I better take note 😓

                I want to but most money has already been locked in the previous SSB. :slapshead:

                  UOB One savings tho cannot catch up with FD rate but no lock in. Yesterday checked can get min 2% b4 credit card rebate and min 2.2% assuming get min cc rebate of $50/qtr.

                        Is there a minimum period before you can withdraw from it? Or transfer to the new SBB? Actually the advantage is that you can still get the accrued interest if you withdraw prematurely (I think).
