I see! thought briefing will be early Nov?!

Would 12 Nov before the half month mark of 15 Nov be considered early Nov? I am guessing dates based on 2016/2017 and 2019 exercises and notifications (i.e. non covid years where the 2nd round was also PSLE marking week in Oct).

Heard that those who missed it due to medical reasons are taking round 2 this week. So I wonder if it’ll be out this week.
