I am clearing out the P6 school notes. Wondering whether CL zuowen notes (picture compo) are necessary to keep?

They won’t have picture compo in Sec 1 right?

I think you can keep model zuowen compos even if its picture compos. Just treat them as examples of good writing.
Those leading Chinese tuition centre model compos from Wang, HCL etc are quite cheem and will still be good reference for lower secondary at least.

Received letter from SEAB today with instructions on how to activate account for online checking of PSLE results.

Interestingly, it states that the online results will only be available 45min after the official onsite release. Previously someone had said it was simultaneous.

I think you will accompany Zac to collect the results from school? Actually not much difference, ( 武侠电视剧说的)要来的始终是要来 :rotflmao:

@Zac’s Mum, have you tried activating the account for Zac? Does it show that he’s taken any exams this year?

I recall the school took about an hour to prep for the release of results. So parents actually got to see the online results before the children.. They went into their classrooms by themselves to collect the results slip and report books. Parents were waiting at the foyers and chatting. Most of us were aware of their results (online), before the kids came out to meet us.

Yah, I figured that with all the waiting around, it may be faster to just get the results online. But it's still an important day for the children and I don't want to steal anyone's thunder 🙂
