My company is paying contractors for the disposal of fire extinguishers because contact of those dry chemical powders or foam (inside the fire extinguishers) with the eyes, nose, throat, and skin can cause irritation.

Cheapest seems to be $5 (https://www.falconfire.com.sg/disposal)

There's https://www.tuvsud.com/en-sg/resource/certificate-finder/product-listing-scheme/fire-extinguishers provided on the TÜV SÜD website - the 1st 23 companies \"are able to provide disposal service for home residents\" - a bit troublesome, but perhaps can try contacting them (esp. those nearer to you) to try luck and see if there's free disposal available?

I think HDB has this free service that allows residents disposal of bulky items by depositing them outside their homes. Dunno if can use that?

The service is for bulky items but not for \"a hazardous waste\".
