We went to the bookshop at HCI on the school campus tour day to buy the uniforms. They allowed us to try on. You can also buy the textbooks.

Maybe you can try to call the school bookshop to check if you can walk in to buy and on which days. The number is on the booklist. -

HCI had a 2 day campus tour after the PSLE results were released. It was open to all.

No email, it's not meant for DSA kids. It was on their website. I happen to know because a friend sent to me. So we took the chance to buy uniforms on that day and test out the transport route.
